We’re looking for a talented Event Manager with a strong foundation in meetings and incentive planning to bring bold, seamless experiences to life. The ideal candidate is skilled in event logistics, vendor and budget management, and client relations, ensuring every program is delivered with precision, creativity, and measurable impact. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead across a diverse portfolio of programs, navigating shifting priorities with agility while supporting both established clients and new opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal client services teams, taking a hands-on approach to drive flawless execution from concept through completion. Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent 3+ years of Event Management robust experience in meeting incentive planning
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability in project management & financial aptitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • A background in an event management agency is a plus, as is international program experience and direct involvement in incentive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all project delivery elements, utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction
  • Manage timelines and logistical elements per project
  • Participate in internal and external team meetings/calls with key stakeholders (client services)
  • Develop and distribute communications
  • Manage event registration process
  • Proactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and account team for timely resolution
  • Provide project feedback to all client stakeholders through summary and distribution of project debrief notes
  • Collaborate with supplier partners and internal support areas
  • Navigate within technology platforms and data sharing tools
  • Oversee appropriate reporting and accurate data
  • Financial accountability and budget management for assigned projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
