About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager with a strong background in meeting incentive planning. The ideal candidate brings expertise in event logistics, vendor and budget management, and client relations, ensuring every program is executed with precision, creativity, and impact. You’ll play a critical role across a variety of programs, adapting quickly as priorities shift while supporting both existing clients and emerging opportunities. This is a high-impact position for someone eager to roll up their sleeves and work alongside internal client services.

Requirements

4-year degree or equivalent 3+ years of Event Management robust experience in meeting incentive planning
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability in project management & financial aptitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Ownership of all project delivery elements, utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction
Manage timelines and logistical elements per project
Participate in internal and external team meetings/calls with key stakeholders (client services)
Develop and distribute communications
Manage event registration process
Proactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and account team for timely resolution
Provide project feedback to all client stakeholders through summary and distribution of project debrief notes
Collaborate with supplier partners and internal support areas
Navigate within technology platforms and data sharing tools
Oversee appropriate reporting and accurate data
Financial accountability and budget management for assigned projects
Perform other duties as assigned
