About The Position

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You will be responsible for executing large-scale, in-person user conferences and events that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional marketing, demand generation, and revenue teams, you will manage all aspects of event planning, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-site execution. This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, and a passion for delivering seamless, memorable event experiences. Travel to event locations is required, and you will play a key role in creating impactful experiences that enhance customer relationships and support business growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing or event operations, preferably in B2B settings
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and vendor relationships
  • Experience supporting conferences, roadshows, or larger-scale in-person events
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable adapting to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
  • Collaborative, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality execution

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day logistics and timelines for large-scale user conferences and events
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and production teams for AV, catering, signage, and on-site support
  • Oversee attendee registration, communications, and check-in processes
  • Support event content, landing pages, and promotional initiatives
  • Track budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting while ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, and design teams to deliver cohesive experiences
  • Develop run-of-show plans and provide on-site event management in multiple locations
