About The Position

Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do.   The Human Resources Assistant is a part-time position and is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Management team with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee/NPO Check-in, etc. The HR Assistant will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. This role is for you if you love all aspects of people operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.   The schedule is event based - meaning applicants will need to be available to work all events including those that land on weekends, evenings and holidays.  

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately and have attention to detail
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
  • This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.
