Event Day Ambassador - Las Vegas Motor Speedway
About The Position
Summary: Supports the Human Resources Department during events at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interact in a professional manner with both guests and Levy team members. Create a welcoming, warm, and supportive environment on every shift by greeting Levy team members during their check-in and check-out of their shift. Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and loss items. Assist with event day check-ins, including set-up and breakdown of the volunteer/staff check-in areas. Keeps uniform file storage space clean and orderly.. Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Process event day ticketing and wristband information for staff. Maintain confidential personnel files. Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices. Assists with various special projects.
