Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D is required.
  • 2+ years custodial experience is required with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD TO APPLY

Nice To Haves

  • Arena or venue experience is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise & assign duties to the housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all types of flooring throughout the facility.
  • Ensure that all areas remain free of trash.
  • Restrooms, dressing and locker rooms are well maintained, and tile surfaces are dry and clean.
  • Maintain all glass, steel, and office surfaces through dusting, cleaning and polishing.
  • Responsible for the proper storage of facility event equipment when not in use.
  • Ensure all emergency pathways are kept free and clear of obstructions.
  • Responsible for keeping housekeeping equipment and tools in working condition and notifying supervisor of any broken parts.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned and returned to their proper place when finished with them.
  • Complete daily checklist to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our patrons attending each event.
  • Assist clients with requests during events.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve housekeeping operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and with other building departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
