About The Position

Alvies is looking for an Event Crew Leader and Driver that gets energy from being around people. The role is responsible for creating exceptional in-person experiences at events by helping guests and supporting the team. At our daily events, you will drive, move products, manage inventory. It's important that you use great judgment and keep your head on a swivel, staying safe and focused while helping to create an amazing experience for our guests. Requirements

You are at least 25 years young (required)
Impeccable driving record and can pass a standard background check
Initiative - the smarts to do things without handholding
A fun personality - you like to fun it up
A good sense of humor and thick skin
Your back is strong! Boots aren’t heavy, but you can lift 50 lbs
A “get it done” personality and a love for hard work
Above and beyond attitude to help others - wants to help customers/employees even when it's outside your job responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operate a Ford Transit F250 Cargo van, to and from events
Roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best experience in the industry by supporting the event hostess in preparation, setup, and break-down
Manage inventory needed for each event, ensure all is loaded and ready to roll out
Unload and ensure inventory is restocked, checked back in
Inspect assigned vehicle each day
