About The Position

Launch Entertainment is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to lead and expand our birthday party and events business-our largest and fastest-growing revenue driver. This role is perfect for someone who is not only organized and guest-focused, but also motivated to increase bookings, maximize event revenue, and train a team to do the same. This position offers base pay plus commission opportunities, giving you direct upside as you grow event sales, enhance packages, and drive repeat business. Requirements

  • Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven personality

  • Background in events, sales, hospitality, customer service, or entertainment venues
  • Confidence training and developing team members

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all birthday parties and group events from booking through execution
  • Drive event bookings and revenue growth by maximizing party sales and add-ons
  • Proactively promote and market events to increase participation and repeat business
  • Recommend and upsell party packages, add-ons, and food options
  • Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Train, coach, and motivate party hosts and event staff to upsell, rebook, and deliver high-quality experiences
