Guided by the Group Sales Manager and Catering & Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues, making every day a new and rewarding challenge. You’ll be working your magic on a full-time, year-round basis at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. The starting wage is $21 per hour. Requirements

Prior event coordination or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all their needs are met.
Manage event logistics, including setup, staffing, and schedules.
Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Oversee the event day operations to guarantee smooth execution.
Collaborate with the hotel team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and billing for events.
Assist with event marketing and client outreach as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
