Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within event planning or hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
  • Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events operate within allocated budget.
  • Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase attendance.
