About The Position

This Event Coordinator is aligned to CEO Programs. They will be mainly supporting CEO/ Executive Assistant communications for event coordination. Seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to support high-profile and internal events through seamless registration management and exceptional customer service. Responsible for the successful execution, project management, and planning of events for C-suite executives, VIP clients, and more. Shares responsibility and accountability with the event project leader and the successful delivery of multiple events. Responsible for planning and evaluating events, activities and understanding project details in order to allocate the resources that are needed to complete projects, activities, and events. Responsible for the scope and budget planning aligned to global events projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data handling, event logistics, and polished communication. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests—from C-suite executives to internal team members—have a smooth experience from registration to arrival. Whether it’s managing dietary preferences for a global summit or fielding parking questions for a company-wide celebration, you’ll be the go-to expert.

Responsibilities

  • Support event registration processes for high-impact events such as: ○ LA Summer Olympics 2028 – handle travel itineraries, dietary needs, and flag scheduling conflicts (e.g., flights booked post-event). ○ Boulevard Bash – oversee internal employee registration and respond to inquiries (e.g., event timing, guest policies, parking).
  • Maintain and update attendee data using Excel and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely event logistics.
  • Provide professional and courteous support via email and other channels.
  • Monitor registration trends and flag discrepancies or issues proactively.
  • Assist with Cvent platform usage
