About The Position

Trump Winery is looking for a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and execute unforgettable events for our guests. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and overseeing weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and special venue rentals, while also supporting internal events such as wine club experiences, festivals, and company-led initiatives. The Events Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely with all department managers and directors. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekday and weekend availability required depending on the event schedule. Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Proven experience coordinating successful group events
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
• Must pass background check and possess valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for venue-related aspects of weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and venue rentals, from initial inquiry through the event day, including selling the venue, managing required vendor documentation, and overseeing venue operations on the day of the event.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering all event inquiries and conducting detailed venue tours.
• Create and manage event timelines, floor plans, setup lists, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage contracts, process payments, oversee ticketing, and coordinate bookings through POS and e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee on-site event execution, coordinate vendors and staff, and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
• Track event expenses, process invoices, and complete post-event reporting to ensure accurate records and budget adherence.
• Assist with internal winery, cidery, and hotel events including wine club experiences, seasonal festivals, pairing dinners, staff functions, and fundraising initiatives.
• Support internal event logistics, including décor, signage, supplies, and wine/cider inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on event promotion, including print, digital, and social media strategies.
• Maintain a professional, hospitality-driven attitude with all guests, clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all participants and uphold company standards during all events.
