TheEvent Coordinatorworks with the management team, and in support of the Lifestyle Director and team, to ensure that residents have a variety of activities, events & fitness options to enjoy. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist the Lifestyle Team in planning, coordinating, and implementing appropriate programs, based on celebration or program topic. Work with community, instructors, site maintenance, and other groups to ensure quality experiences. Identify activities, coordinate site and instruction need, and ensure community programs happen as scheduled. Help plan, lead, and motivate residents to participate in daily planned activities. Set-up and change room equipment based on requested set-ups from residents and activities. Assist with managing reservations for reservable spaces amongst different groups. Administrative Duties as assigned.
