Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down of assigned bar. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• TABC certified required.

Nice To Haves

• 1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders
• Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.
• Set-up and close-down assigned work station.
• Orders additional inventory from commissary.
• Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
