Reports to: Concessions ManagerPrimary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down ofassigned bar.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
TABC certified required.
1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.

Responsibilities

Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders
Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.
Set-up and close-down assigned work station.
Orders additional inventory from commissary.
Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Special Events including Kentucky Derby, Concert Series, and other listed Special Events
