About The Position

As an Event Attendant, you will perform event decor installation and tear down tasks and ensure that events are completed efficiently, safely and meet company standards. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of relevant experience in Events, Set Design/ Set-Up/ Tear-Down, Logistics, Warehouse and/or General Labor preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and strike of event decor to ensure it meets both corporate and client expectations
• Perform event-related installation tasks including pulling inventory, loading/unloading, delivery and on-site set-up
• Proactively address and resolve on-site technical, creative, and timeline challenges, working closely with management to meet deadlines
• Operate company trucks, vans, and lifts, ensuring timely communication with management regarding fuel and maintenance needs
