About The Position

Events Assistant Job Summary: The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop up platform. These pop ups will be located at large scale events pertaining to professional sports, non profit cause, political organizations, and the arts. This will be a highly social role with lots of conversation and dialogue entailed on a daily basis. One can expect to be up and about all day.

Responsibilities

  • Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily
  • Coordinate with vendors on logistics
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting events
  • Assist in managing event budgets and expenses.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
  • Assist in the coordination of speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events.
