We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Event Assistants, supporting live events, promotional activations, and nonprofit campaigns. Requirements

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Available for occasional weekend and evening shifts

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including logistics and setup
  • Manage event materials, registration, and provide on-site support
  • Engage with attendees to share information and answer questions
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless event execution
  • Help track event performance and collect feedback
  • Support vendors, sponsors, and participants as needed
