About The Position
Grady Event EMS is seeking Advanced EMTs to provide medical coverage at concerts, sports games, festivals, and events across Atlanta-from intimate gatherings to massive events with 200,000+ attendees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Georgia AEMT certification (EMT-I or EMT-A)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider)
- Valid Georgia Driver's License with clean driving record
- Knowledge of advanced life support protocols and emergency ambulance operations
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced emergency care to event attendees under Paramedic supervision
- Work as a roving medic, staff medical stations, or operate medical transport carts
- Maintain emergency vehicles and medical equipment in ready condition
- Transport patients safely when needed
- Complete patient documentation and post-event evaluations
