This position is a support resource for project related financial functions as it relates to establishing project files, reconciliation of client transactions and recordkeeping management. Temporary position from approximately mid-May through end of July/beginning of August 2026. Position to work in the Fenton office

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting /Finance or current student majoring in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Course work in college in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Good working knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • Intermediate skills with Excel required.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments.
  • Must be able to work in Fenton office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Request, format, analyze, and distribute various reports as directed
  • Establish, maintain, and track storage of project files and related documents in accordance with company policy
  • Ongoing tracking, compliance, and retention of signed supplier contracts
  • Allocate and track costs across program series
