Requirements

• Prior restaurant or shift leader experience preferred (fast casual or QSR a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage a team with confidence
• Reliable transportation and open evening availability (5 nights per week required)
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great guest experiences

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the crew during evening shifts (5 nights per week)
• Lead by example in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Manage cash handling, nightly reports, and closing procedures
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met
• Delegate tasks and keep the team organized during busy rushes
• Handle guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and care
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive work environment
• Work closely with management to uphold company policies and store goals
• Willingness to perform all crew member duties as needed (team player mentality)
