Requirements

  • High school education (required)
  • Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing (required)
  • Experience working as an LPN/RN in a long-term care environment (required)
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Nurse Manager (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes.
  • Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.
