Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes. Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Experience working as an LPN/RN in a long-term care environment
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Nurse Manager preferred
