Requirements

Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (required)
Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program (required)
Three to five years of experience in long-term care and management (required)
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test

Responsibilities

Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting
Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation
Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings
Serve as a resource for staff during the shift
