About The Position
To operate the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer in a manner to maximize through put, and maintain quality
Requirements
- Powder Bagging and Receiving experience
- Basic math skills.
- Good knowledge of the processing area and the butter room
Responsibilities
- Pulling fluid inventory every night.
- Pasteurize all cream to the butter room
- CIP Processing / Evaporator
- CIP lines
- Good house keeping
- Maintain accurate and orderly production logs.
- Notify supervisor or lead of any problems that might come up.
- Operating the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer
- Pulling samples for lab.
- Perform required functions within SAP program.
- Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
- Making adjustment to the Evap. and Dryer to maximize the run time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
