As a B‑Level Technician , you will perform mid‑ to advanced‑level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance — with frequent opportunities to work on European and high‑end luxury vehicles known for their advanced engineering and complex electrical systems. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a B‑Level Technician or similar role
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Physical ability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles as required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Technical school training or certifications
European or luxury vehicle experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues , including those common in European and luxury vehicles
Repair and replace components such as: Engines Transmissions Brakes Steering & suspension systems
Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
Recommend accurate repair solutions and communicate technical findings
Collaborate with other technicians and service staff for efficient workflow
Document all repairs, procedures, and parts accurately
Stay current with new tools, techniques, and luxury/European repair trends
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Provide friendly, professional customer interactions when needed
