The University of New Orleans is seeking a candidate to work with project teams to create project work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. The successful candidate will manage assigned projects in accordance with the OTS EUC Project Management Lifecycle, ensuring that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. The role involves working with program office liaisons to become familiar with the department's business processes, identifying agency communications needs, and collaborating with the EUC Senior Team Members to complete assigned responsibilities. Additional responsibilities may include inventorying, configuring, and deploying VoIP equipment, supporting the OTS EUC Help Desk with technical problems related to VoIP hardware, software, and Contact Center services, scheduling meetings for assigned projects, and maintaining certification as a Project Management Professional. Other tasks may be assigned as directed.
