About The Position

ETS-IT Operator Onsite Winchester, VA . Description : 100% on site (Winchester) Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment. Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management. Ability to work independently and in a large group setting Effective organizational, planning, and time management A General Coordinator Operator ensures smooth operations across the IT department. They handle coordination tasks between different teams, manage schedules, and track project progress. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with project management tools
