Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems or channel sales models.
  • Interest in building a career in partnerships or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of partner relationships, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Support onboarding processes for new partners, including documentation, training, and coordination to build strategic CoE.
  • Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery) to support partner initiatives and campaigns.
  • Help coordinate partner events, webinars, and go-to-market activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate partner profiles in CRM and auxiliary tools.
  • Maintain a view on Analyst reports and partner ecosystem drivers
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.
