The Ethics Office was established with the goal of instituting and maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of integrity. The team achieves this goal through 4 main pillars - 1) developing an overarching ethical governance program, 2) implementing and maintaining ethics policies and processes, 3) providing education and awareness to employees via communications and training, and 4) ensuring a highly ethical culture by encouraging employees to speak up and to ensure potential misconduct is properly investigated. We are looking for an individual with a Legal, Ethics, or Compliance background to support our employees in North and South America. The new hire will assist with Ethics Office initiatives, including general project management, assessing policy and procedure needs, developing and implementing policies and procedures, reviewing policy queries from employees, reviewing and remediating conflict of interest declarations, and collecting and analyzing ethics and compliance data.
