About The Position

In addition to being a central resource for the Ethics & Compliance Team, this role engages across the NIKE Matrix and will partner with People Solutions, Employee Relations, Global Investigations, Communications and other Nike organizations that support the Ethics & Compliance program. We are looking for a Specialist II to support the Ethics & Compliance program. This role is made for someone who excels at project work and documentation and enjoys helping others understand how to Do the Right Thing. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and collegiality, along with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and follow‑up abilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced analytical thinking and clear communication skills, with the ability to self‑start and independently drive work in a fast‑paced environment. Success in this position requires the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, and effectively organize large volumes of information. Adaptability is essential, as the work often takes place in an ambiguous, evolving, and highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Library Science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or a combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and collegiality, along with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and follow‑up abilities.
  • Demonstrates advanced analytical thinking and clear communication skills, with the ability to self‑start and independently drive work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, and effectively organize large volumes of information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a compliance department or legal department preferred.
  • Prior experience in an Ethics & Compliance, HR, Legal, or Internal Audit function preferred.
  • ServiceNow, Air Table, and PowerPoint experience.
  • Experience with case triage or intake management processes.
  • Ability to translate complex policies or requirements into clear, plain‑language guidance

Responsibilities

  • Management of the Ethics & Compliance Office inquiries: You will sort, share, track and respond to resolve general inquiries and policy or disclosure-related questions/concerns.
  • Support and coordinate the employee disclosure process: In certain circumstances, employees are expected to make disclosures, and you will support the associated review process.
  • Systems functionality: You will also serve as a ServiceNow expert and resource to others within the Ethics & Compliance team for system functionality and workflow-related questions.
  • Subject matter expert for all Ethics & Compliance owned policies: The Ethics and Compliance Office owns a number of enterprise policies, including Conflict of Interest, Gifts & Hospitality, and Fraud, Bribery & Corruption Prevention, and you will know these policies in detail, to support internal policy work as well as employee inquiries.
  • Information Management: Manage the Ethics & Compliance program documentation, process documentation, and global team resources, tools and information.
  • Reporting: Fulfill reporting requests and assist in data review and analysis.
  • Project Management: Support various projects, as requested.
  • Team Connectivity: Support scheduling and planning team meetings.
