Serve as a trusted investment partner and subject matter expert across Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction, delivering insights that support advisor engagement and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ETF related experience
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related discipline required.
  • Strong communicator with confident presentation skills.
  • Personable, approachable, and highly trustworthy.
  • Deep expertise in products, markets, and portfolio construction, with a proven ability to translate insights into clear, actionable ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • CFA, MBA and/or CIMA designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and adoption of Innovator’s flagship ETFs across all sales channels.
  • Represent Innovator at large group meetings and events, serving as the investment strategist and product expert.
  • Serve as a primary client-facing resource for advisor conversations, client calls, and prospect inquiries.
  • Deliver actionable portfolio implementation ideas that demonstrate how Innovator’s core strategies can be effectively integrated into client portfolios.
