About The Position

As an eStore Curbie, the role involves retrieving eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transporting them to the Customer.
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training)
Responsibilities
- Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
- Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer
- Makes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests
- Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
- Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer’s vehicle
- Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
- Achieves productivity standards
- Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore, as needed
- Maintains / stocks bag areas
- Returns product to shelf
- Transfers products from slot to slot to help free up carts
- Organizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStore
- Maintains standards for safety and sanitation
