JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision of the Lead Estimator this position prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : This position is primarily, yet not exclusively responsible for accountable for the following: Estimate all incoming requests in a timely fashion. Maintain or exceed the level of service that KDM has established with all its current customers as well as new customers. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Obtain quotes on all outside services needed in the completion of a quote and attach in Enterprise. Follow all KDM & Estimating Department SOP Review your final quote prior to submitting it to Peer QC, ensure the accuracy and integrity of your prices. Submit written price quotes when communicating costs to the sales support department, utilizing Enterprise systems reports to do so. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned
