Requirements

  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to suggest creative solutions for Customer Communication Management programs
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to meet project goals
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and experience with both internal and external communications
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to details with minimal errors

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert within the company workflow representing costs and capabilities.
  • Gather costs and create estimates for Customer Communication Management programs.
  • Gather component pricing from outside vendors.
  • Review complex RFP proposals and work with the RFP team to provide creative solutions.
  • Determine the production and technology capabilities needed to produce the job as specified, developing a plan to accommodate all facets of the job.
  • Work cross-functionally with ADA teams, including Production, Technology, Client Services, Sales, and other internal teams to gather and analyze data and provide in-depth cost and pricing recommendations.
  • Analyze Statements of Work, production data, and current client metrics to align profitability with company objectives.
  • Create and deliver professional RFP estimates for customer presentation.
