We are looking for an Estimator out of our Louisville, KY office.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering
- Must be well organized, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills
- Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary
- Plan reading, comprehension and take-off
- Sound technical knowledge
- Problem solving abilities utilizing outside-the-box thinking
- Commercial instincts
- Get-it-done attitude
- Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Reviewing drawings
- Take offs
- Evaluate & review soils (testing)
- Rock testing
- Compiling information
