Analyze and compile data affecting costs, including labor rates, materials, equipment, and location factors, to produce precise and timely estimates. Negotiate contracts and manage project-related portals and documentation. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of organization and time management. Review project scope, specifications, and potential risk factors to determine bid feasibility. Oversee special assignments and provide support for strategic initiatives as needed.
