About The Position

Your Role As a Construction Cost Estimator, you will dive into field and office work — analyzing costs, timelines, and risks while visiting sites to gather real-world data. Your analysis and reports will bring practical knowledge to help our clients move forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / structural engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and technical reading skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Xactimate/scheduling software experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel (~30%), meet the physical requirements, and work in varied field conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Past construction or risk management internship experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Xactimate/scheduling software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
• Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.
• Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.
• Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.
• Gain exposure to industry software like Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools.
