The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. This includes all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. This role is pivotal in the success of the customer's experience by ensuring alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
