Requirements

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Report writing and strategic planning skills.
Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management skills

Responsibilities

Prepare complete labor and material cost estimates.
Coordinate with project management.
Prepare bills of material and other information for use by purchasing
Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency as well as data entry.
Perform field take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation.
Participate in estimate review process with internal and external stake holders.
Assist construction personnel throughout the project life cycle in tracking and understanding cost estimates.
Preparation and submission of change orders
Follow-up at the end of projects to close any loops in the estimating process to include invoicing and cost tracking.
Other duties as assigned.
