Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating experience
• A strong understanding of financial practices, accounting policies and computer related programs.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sage, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar program preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specs to develop accurate bids
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents
• Attend pre-bid walk-throughs and ensure bid coverage
• Review and qualify proposals, summarize scopes of work
• Finalize Bid Book and support hand-off to Project Managers
• Assist with contract reviews and ongoing project support
