About The Position

Marketing Alliance Group is a national leader in retail design and manufacturing. Our Health & Beauty division creates stunning in-store displays, packaging, and fixtures that help brands shine on the shelf. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team — someone who enjoys balancing creativity with precision and loves the process of turning great ideas into real-world retail solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and design prints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong mechanical aptitude , analytical thinking , and math skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years in estimating, costing, or project management within retail fixtures, plastics, or related industries (health & beauty preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or degree preferred.
• Occasionally lift or move objects under 20 lbs.
• Periodic standing, walking, or stooping.
• Ability to work around typical plant noise and conditions.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years in estimating, costing, or project management within retail fixtures, plastics, or related industries (health & beauty preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate material, labor, and production costs for custom displays and fixtures.
• Partner with design, production, and sales to align scope, costs, and timelines.
• Research and source materials, evaluate vendors, and ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating methods and accuracy.
