Estimator - Restoration Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita is looking for an “A” player, career-minded individual who has a winning spirit to serve others and a history of achieving great results. Our Estimators work with owners and insurance professionals after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Estimator with Paul Davis Restoration, you will be on the scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete. You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form. Why The Team Needs You? Requirements

3-5 years of Xactimate experience REQUIRED
3-5 years Construction experience
1 year of XactAnalysis experience
1 year or more of Project Managing Residential and or Commercial Construction Projects

Responsibilities

Accurately scope projects after property disasters
Sign work for our production teams to complete
Build relationships with insurance professionals
Communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form
Actively listen, and find ways to assist the team to complete projects successfully
