Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management OR 20+ years of relevant field experience
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical-thinking skills

  • Quality control and data monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost, time, labor, and material estimates based on drawings and project documents.
  • Conduct site visits to verify work methods align with estimates.
  • Track actual project costs against estimates and contractor bids.
  • Communicate estimate changes or adjustments with engineering, construction, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare cost reports, projections, and maintain cost and man-hour databases.
  • Establish and follow cost monitoring and reporting procedures.
  • Collect information through observation, communication, corporate systems, and online research.
  • Prioritize and organize work, resolve issues, and support team collaboration.
  • Use project software and perform necessary administrative tasks.
  • Provide analysis, consultation, and interpretation of cost-related information.
