Estimating Coordinator Role and Responsibilities The Estimating Coordinator for Baldwin General Contracting, Inc works under the supervision of the Vice President of Preconstruction for training and development. As an Estimating Coordinator this person contributes to the preconstruction team by being directly involved in all bidding activities including but not limited to making phone calls and sending emails to subcontractors, managing spreadsheets, preparing bid documents, and updating database files as needed. Ongoing training will be provided for the position.
