The SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Aesthetician has a pivotal role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients. This position is responsible for delivering a range of skin care and body contouring treatments, including CoolSculpting/CoolTone (training provided), HydraFacial, micro-needling, and skin peels, as well as educating clients on the company's skin care product line. The ability to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care and body contouring needs is integral to the center's reputation and growth. Requirements

• Experience as a licensed aesthetician
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions
• Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care
• Prior sales experience and willingness to upsell skin care products
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A commitment to the success of the center and a willingness to contribute to its growth
• Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations

Nice To Haves

• Expertise in Hydrafacials, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, micro-needling preferred
• Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' skin care and body contouring concerns and goals
• Provide informative guidance on the range of services and products based on clients' individual needs
• Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and MicroNeedling (training provided)
• Tailor treatments to match clients' chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
• Utilize skills and knowledge to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients
• Conduct thorough skin care and body contouring (CoolSculpting) consultations for clients with specific problem areas
• Recommend suitable treatments and products to address clients' concerns effectively
• Upsell premium skin care products to enhance clients' post-treatment care routine
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members, including medical staff, other aestheticians and front desk staff
• Share insights, expertise and best practices to collectively elevate the quality of service
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Center services, packages, memberships and products
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting the overall success of the business
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, always maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor
• Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques and emerging technologies in skin care
• Attend relevant training sessions to enhance skills and stay aligned with the center's offerings
