About The Position

FACEGYM is a unique facial fitness experience dedicated to boosting confidence, combining sculpting techniques with high-performance skincare, innovative tools, and cutting-edge technology to tone and tighten the 40+ muscles of the face. It is a fast-growing global brand operating across the UK and USA, with expansion into new international markets. This role is crucial for supporting both Front of House and Trainers, providing coverage during PTO, call-outs, and lunch breaks. As a Trainer (Esthetician), the individual will deliver exceptional facial workouts, driving customer experience, sales, and client retention. As a Studio Host (Front of House), the individual will be the first point of contact for clients, managing bookings, delivering a 5-star experience, and maximizing sales opportunities through rebooks and retail. The role is predominantly based at one studio but requires flexibility to support across all New York locations (NoHo, Upper East Side, Saks, and Nordstrom).

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a valid New York Esthetician License
  • Flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, including evenings, rotating holidays, and a minimum of four weekend shifts per month
  • Ability to deliver all menu services after successful completion of FACEGYM bootcamp training
  • Able to stand for extended periods (minimum 3 hours) while delivering consecutive workouts, maintaining safe body mechanics
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and committed to delivering excellence
  • Willing to support across all locations as needed
  • Must be available for the schedule training: Monday 20th April - Friday 1st May
  • Must be able to work the following schedule: Wednesday 10am-7pm, Thursday -Sat 7:30am-2pm and Sunday 9-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint, driving retention and retail performance
  • Promote and sell FACEGYM workouts and homecare products with confidence and strong product knowledge
  • Manage bookings and client enquiries, clearly communicating contraindications
  • Ensure smooth daily studio operations, including professional enforcement of policies
  • Handle customer complaints with confidence, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Confidently use booking and POS systems, including Zenoti
  • Communicate effectively with the team and support across locations when required
  • Uphold a professional image and consistently represent the FACEGYM brand
  • Deliver high-quality, results-driven FACEGYM workouts tailored to each client
  • Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, products, and tools
  • Achieve individual sales targets and complete all required reporting accurately
  • Follow all hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards
  • Ensure treatment areas are clean, stocked, and compliant with Health & Safety guidelines
  • Adhere to strict sanitisation practices and proper care of tools and equipment
