Job Overview Dual-role position: 1-2 days per week as Esthetician, 2-4 days per week at the Front Desk in a Customer Service & Sales role (Based on studio & employee needs) Seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to provide esthetic services and deliver outstanding customer service and sales support

Requirements

Completion of an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program and a valid license to provide facial services in your state or municipality (or in process of obtaining license)
Passion for skincare and commitment to delivering excellent client care
Customer service experience in a spa-like environment, demonstrating attention to detail, hospitality, and excellent execution
Familiarity with modern office tools; proficiency in scheduling and payment processing systems
Flexibility to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients

Nice To Haves

Previous experience providing facials in a spa environment is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform facials and skincare treatments following industry standards
Confidently recommend skincare products, ensuring clients understand benefits and contraindications
Follow the established sales process to promote and sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
Build strong customer loyalty through informed listening and effective communication with new, established, and prospective clients
Transform client feedback and criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service
