Hess Persson Estates is seeking a part-time, experienced wine professional with exceptional customer service skills, and an enthusiasm to sell high-end wine while working in a luxury retail setting. Candidates with limited wine exposure but experience and bend for contemporary art, engaging story-telling or high touch client service are also encouraged to apply. The hospitality team will create an exceptional guest experience that maximizes sales revenue and wine club membership conversion while also creating memorable and shareable experiences that will drive social media engagement and establish the winery as the premier Napa Valley destination.
