The successful candidate will work with two other team members to process documents, communicate with clients, and complete routine administrative tasks. A sharp self-starter who can communicate professionally will be a good fit for this position. The third member of the Estate Administration team will focus on administrative and client service tasks, processing the distribution of assets in deceased clients' accounts. Key duties include using multiple IBKR systems to instruct executors and beneficiaries on the required documents, processing forms and documents received, submitting transfer requests, and answering internal and external queries.
